Creating A Unique Social Media Campaign For A Software Company.

At the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals in Brazil, goal-line technology was used for the first-time. To celebrate the milestone, Navman Wireless picked six of the most memorable goal-line controversies involving England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in World Cup games and immortalised them in comic strips, but with a twist – our version of events told the story of what could/should have happened had technology been around at the time. The comic strips were used in blogs on the Navman website and as part of a competition on social media.

I devised the campaign and wrote the storyboards. Beano cartoonist Steve Becket did the artwork.
